About the competition

The Urban Futures research domain, Department of Geography, King’s College London invites members of the public to submit photographs on one of our 5 domain research themes: urban futures, smart cities, inclusive cities, everyday cities and sustainable cities.

KCL Urban Futures Photography Competition 2018

The winning photo for each of the 5 domain themes will get the chance to be featured on the KCL Urban Futures research domain website and social media pages.

There are 5 categories in the competition:

  • KCL Urban Futures Photography Competition Winner 2018: Urban Futures Theme
  • KCL Urban Futures Photography Competition Winner 2018: Smart Cities Theme
  • KCL Urban Futures Photography Competition Winner 2018: Inclusive Cities Theme
  • KCL Urban Futures Photography Competition Winner 2018: Everyday Cities Theme
  • KCL Urban Futures Photography Competition Winner 2018: Sustainable Cities Theme

How to enter

The KCL Urban Futures Photography Competition 2018 is now open for entries!

Each entrant can submit up to three photographs in all of the categories for the competition.

Please email your photos to marta.kochetkova@kcl.ac.uk alongside your name and contact email address and indicate which category you would like to enter for.

The competition will close for entries at 12 noon (UK time) on 29th July 2018.

The winning entries will be announced in August 2018.
